Very disappointed! January 7, 2009
I was extremely disappointed and irritated with this DVD. The disc I received is defective. There is about 20 minutes missing from the tape due to this defect. I used it in my DVD player and I tried it in another DVD player and the same defect came thru in both players. The DVD is basically worthless with these defects.
What makes it worse, is that it was a Christmas gift for my grandchildren.
I will never purshase merchandise from this venue again.

Never Received Item January 6, 2009
I never received this item from the seller. I have written them three times and have received no resolution. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my daughter and I was unable to give it to her. I am very disappointed in the seller and suggest Amazon stop any business with them.

I ordered Snow White in plenty of time to get the movie for my grandaughter for Christmas. I didn't receive it in over a week so I emailed the company to ask about it. I received an email from them (Seemybooks) promptly stating that Amazon had given them the wrong zip code and that they had just put it in the mail to me with the right zip code. I waited until Christmas Eve mail to see if the movie would come. When it wasn't in the mail I emailed them back to tell them I hadn't received the movie. Another prompt email came back stating that my AMEX payment had been cancelled and that the movie wouldn't be coming. I was very disappointed. They didn't even apologize.

i brought this video tape for my granddaughter whose's 3 years old she watches it non stop she loves all the disney princess movies and this one was so reasonable in price and it brings back memories for me also thank you for selling it and for the price

The movie was billed as in excellent condition, but it gets stuck at the same point every time and is almost impossible to continue on. We always miss part of the movie when we do finally get it to play again and it takes a lot of time. I definitely wouldn't buy like this again.
